| Do you ship outside the U.S.? Yes, your address will determine how much your shipping will be while checking out! We always use shipping insurance to ensure they make it to you in great condition! We always pack the wings with a great deal of love and bubble wrap, taping the bag cover to a strong board to prevent bending. We do not ship wings over 45 inches long via USPS. Any size custom wings that are over 45 inches wide wings span total, will be shipped via Fed Ex and may require a higher shipping rate. |

| What is your return policy? We always get a final approval before shipping by you, the customer! Before shipping, we will send confirmation images for your approval! There is however, no returns on custom wings, except in the case of damage in transit, in which case a claim will be filed. |

| How are the fairy wings worn? The U brace wings can be worn with the included clear elastic straps, and are meant to be worn under a layer of clothing. The smaller sized wings can also be slipped into a bodice or tight shirt without the straps. The styles of wings that are meant for wearing outside your clothing, are worn with clear strong, adjustable straps. Each custom order is tailored to your body form and shape to fit correctly. |

| How do I care for my wings? You can easily wipe any dirt with a soft damp cloth. Do not submerge in water, but the membran material is water resistant and should stand up in a light drizzle or high humidity. To remove any wrinkles, just use a low heat hair dryer. |

| How do I store my wings? You can hang them upside down on a hook with ribbon. It is recommended to store them flat and in a plastic bag. Keep out of sunshine as the direct heat can distort the shape while being stored for long periods of time. Likewise, for colder climates, they should hold up well. If you are in a windy climate, it is recommended you request wind holes or “lacing” for your wings to keep from literally flying away!  Please be mindful, bending them and shaping them too much could weaken the seals around the frame. |

| How long will it take to receive my wings?Each custom order is tailored to the customer’s needs, season, size, etc. Some are hand painted, others are not, some are elaborate, others are not so. How do you determine the time? The detailing and amount of wings sets in each pair plus location of shipping is calculated for each custom order.
